ULTRA LIGHT CNC POM Piston Head is an extremely lightweight plastic piston head designed for springs up to M130, which increases muzzle velocity and reduces gearbox load.
The piston ULTRA LIGHT CNC POM head is made of TECAFORM POM engineering plastic on a CNC machining center and, thanks to its sophisticated design, it has a very low weight of 5.4 g. The low weight reduces stress on the gearbox and contributes to an increase in muzzle velocity, as spring moves less mass. Nine holes are drilled on the front side, through which air flows when compressed and expands the sealing O-ring, ensuring a perfect seal between the piston head and the cylinder. There are eight weight-reducing holes on the back, which further reduce the overall weight. The piston head does not contain an axial ball bearing; instead, a washer made of TECAFORM material with identical dimensions and lower weight is used, which is suitable for use with springs up to M130.
