The piston CNC plastic head with thrust bearing is a lightweight upgrade component made of POM material that increases muzzle velocity and extends the life of the gearbox and spring.
Plastic CNC piston head with axial bearing is made from TECAFORM POM engineering plastic on a CNC machining center, and thanks to its sophisticated design, it achieves a very low weight of 8.6 g. Low weight reduces gearbox load and simultaneously contributes to an increase in muzzle velocity, as the spring moves a smaller mass. Nine holes are drilled on the front side, through which air flows during compression and expands the O-ring seal, ensuring better sealing between the piston head and the cylinder. The construction includes an axial ball bearing, which allows the spring to rotate smoothly during compression, significantly extending its lifespan.
