Unique CNC feeder arm for SR25 gearbox. This feeder arm, unlike others, is manufactured by CNC milling from a piece of Ertacetel - C (Pom) material. This material is very durable, flexible, and has enormous endurance under high stress. It is the ideal material for this type of highly stressed gearbox part. The main advantage of a CNC milled feeder arm is the absolute perpendicularity of the front part of the arm (see photo), where the nozzle is located. This eliminates the need to adjust the correct nozzle length compared to standard feeder arms produced by injection molding of plastic into a mold.

Standard feeder arms produced by injection molding of plastic into metal molds have a shape deformation in the critical front part, and the angle is negative or positive. This requires adjusting the correct nozzle length. This is exactly the case when some users wonder why different length nozzles have to be used for the same weapon (this is one of the main reasons). The CNC feeder arm perfectly solves this problem.
