Switch brake with wiring - JeffTron

MOSFET with built-in active braking, which can be easily turned off by pulling the red jumper.
The device is designed to replace the microswitch in a specific V2 gearbox.
The installation is without modification guns.
The piston is not partially cocked during semi-firing, spring does not fatigue, internal parts are not stressed, and nozzle mostly locks the chamber.
For high-rate weapons, it solves the problem of multiple shots in shooting mode on semi.
The device increases the cadence of guns and battery life compared to the original wiring in the weapon.

SPECIFICATIONS:

• Easy installation inside the gearbox v.2 instead of a microswitch
• Pre-prepared cabling allows for faster and easier installation up to guns, it is long enough for all types of weapons. Simply shorten the wires to the required length and power the connectors (included in the package)
• The device has 2 black wires soldered to it with thin and rigid MPPE insulation with a cross-section of 1.5 mm2 (AWG16), 300 mm in length to the motor and 700 mm to the battery, and a blue wire with a cross-section of 0.34 mm2 (AWG22) with a length of 1000mm for connection anywhere on the red wire
• Also included in the package is a 1000 mm long red wire with MPPE insulation with a cross-section of 1.5 mm2
• Slide out the jumper to disconnect active braking when your weapon's rate of fire is below 20 rounds/s, otherwise the cutoff switch might remain in the upper position and you won't be able to fire again.
• Without active braking, the motor is less stressed.
• Coated in lacquer that protects against water ingress into the device
• If you want to use your own wires, choose the option without wiring
• Intended for springs up to M160 (corresponds to a current of 75A for single shots or 25A for burst shooting for a maximum of 30s)
• Intended for all types of commonly used batteries up to 17 V (Ni-xx 8.4 - 12V, LiPo 7.4 - 14.8V)
• No current is drawn in idle state
• Due to the operating principle of the AEG weapon guns mechanism, the piston stops in a random position in AUTO mode
• For the correct function of this device, it is necessary to have a functional cutoff lever, selector plate cam, anti-reverse latch, trigger, and trigger stop (secured) in the gearbox, as in a standard gearbox
