These bearings are made of steel on precision CNC machines in the Czech Republic. Reliefs are created on the contact surfaces of the bearings and the gear wheel, which reduce friction and thus increase cadence.

A thin layer of nickel is chemically applied to the surface of these bearings, which significantly increases service life and sliding properties. Basic information:

• Hardness after plating 660-850 HV (58-63 HRc)
• Excellent corrosion resistance
