8 mm Steel Slide Bearings – Airsoftparts are manufactured from high-quality 1.7131 steel using precision CNC machines in the Czech Republic. The design includes relief cuts on the contact surfaces between the bearing and gear, helping to reduce friction and improve rate of fire and gearbox smoothness. The surface is treated with chemical nickel plating, significantly increasing wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and creating an extremely smooth surface with excellent sliding properties. The absence of lubrication grooves prevents excessive wear of gear axles. Their robust construction makes them suitable for powerful upgrade builds with springs up to M170.
