Silent head piston HP-TICH Airsoft parts is a CNC duralumin head with a pneumatic brake that significantly reduces noise, improves sealing and limits shocks transmitted to the gearbox.
The HP-TICH Airsoft parts silent piston head is made of EN AW 6012 T6 duralumin on a CNC machining center and weighs 11.6 g. Nine holes are drilled on the front side, through which air flows when compressed and expands the sealing O-ring, thereby improving the sealing of the space between the piston head and the cylinder. The construction is equipped with a pneumatic brake, which closes the airflow before it hits the cylinder head, creating an air cushion for a dampened impact. This significantly reduces noise and limits dynamic shocks transmitted to the gearbox. It includes an axial ball bearing that allows the spring to rotate smoothly during compression, extending its lifespan. The polished surface and plastic nut contribute to reducing the overall weight.
