Perun MOSFET is the smallest MOSFET on the market, allowing you to use it in almost every airsoft gun. The advantage of a MOSFET is that thanks to special transistors with very low resistance, which Perun uses, the current from the battery flows directly to the motor. This means mechanical contacts are only loaded with the minimum current required to switch the MOSFET on and off. This overall increases the long-term durability of the contacts in the weapon.

In case of upgrading an AEG guns to a higher rate of fire (RPS) or higher power, a mOSFET or processor unit is an essential component.
