Head piston HP-POM-DOU-NBU Airsoft parts is a lightweight CNC head made of POM material with NBU dimensions, designed for maximum air volume, perfect sealing and long spring life.
HP-piston HP-POM-DOU-NBU Airsoft parts is made from TECAFORM POM engineering plastic on a CNC machining center and weighs only 8.9 g. Nine holes are drilled on the front side, through which air flows when compressed and expands the sealing O-ring, thereby improving the sealing of the space between the piston head and the cylinder. The construction includes a locking nut guided through the center of the piston head, which distributes the clamping force over a larger area and prevents the screw from tearing out of the head body. It includes an axial ball bearing that allows smooth spring rotation during compression, significantly extending its lifespan. The NBU version has enlarged dimensions to maximize air volume in the cylinder and is exclusively compatible with the NBU cylinder. The product is manufactured in the Czech Republic.
