The piston HP-POM Airsoft parts head is a lightweight CNC head made of POM material, which ensures perfect sealing, higher muzzle velocity and longer gearbox life.
The piston HP-POM Airsoft parts head is made of TECAFORM POM engineering plastic on a CNC machining center and, thanks to its sophisticated design, it weighs just 8.6 g. The low weight reduces stress on the gearbox and at the same time contributes to an increase in muzzle velocity, because spring moves less mass. There are nine holes on the front side through which air flows during compression, which expands the sealing O-ring and ensures a better seal between the piston head and the cylinder. The piston head includes an axial ball bearing that allows the spring to rotate smoothly when compressed, significantly extending its service life. The product is manufactured in the Czech Republic.
