Head piston for AEG POM - EPeS

The plastic head piston counter-pressure CNC is made of high-quality POM-C plastic with a very low coefficient of friction and high strength. The design is equipped with two high-quality O-rings, a guide and a sealing one, and eleven counter-pressure holes with sophisticated geometry for maximum tightness in the cylinder. The piston head includes a ball bearing, which ensures smooth operation of the spring and reduces its stress. The special connection of the piston head with the piston using a bearings flange made of aircraft duralumin with a thread contributes to the high durability of the assembly. The weight of the head itself is only 3 g and 9.1 g including bearings, flange and screw. The product is made in the Czech Republic.
