Head piston for AEG Dural HET - EPeS
The CNC counter-pressure aluminum head piston is an extremely lightweight and highly durable upgrade component designed for the strongest springs and maximum tightness cylinder.
Dural alloy piston head anti-pressure CNC is made from aerospace aluminum alloy EN AW 7075 T6 and features an H+PTFE surface treatment for reduced friction and high durability. The construction utilizes eleven anti-pressure holes with sophisticated geometry, ensuring perfect sealing in the cylinder even when using very strong springs. The piston head is fitted with two high-quality O-rings, a guide and a sealing one, and equipped with a ball bearing for smooth spring operation. The low weight of 6 g for the head itself and 11.4 g including the bearings, flange, and screw contributes to efficient operation and high performance. Production takes place in the Czech Republic.
