NBU head piston CNC duralumin with axial bearing is made of duralumin EN AW 6012 T6 on a CNC machining center and offers high processing accuracy at a weight of 11.4 g. Nine holes are drilled on the front side, through which air flows when compressed and expands the sealing O-ring, thereby improving the sealing of the space between the piston head and the cylinder. The design includes an axial ball bearing that allows the spring to rotate smoothly when compressed, which significantly extends its service life. The enlarged dimensions of the NBU design maximize the air volume in the cylinder, which is why this piston head is only compatible with the NBU cylinder.
