Protective shooting glasses with a single dark lens provide excellent eye protection for every soldier or police officer. They are highly resistant to scratching of frames and lenses and offer an unlimited field of vision. The lenses have a special anti-scratch coating. The ICE glasses lenses have ballistic resistance that meets NATO military requirements. They meet ANSI Z87.1+ military ballistic standards and European CE EN 166. Ballistic resistance tested at a rating of 0.15 according to MIL-PRF-31013 standard. The glasses can withstand a direct shotgun hit from a distance of 10 m.

The ESS ICE 2LS glasses come standard with a dark protective lens. The lenses provide 100% UVA/UVB protection while maintaining 100% clarity without distorting the field of vision. ESS glasses absorb only solar radiation, which is why visibility with dark lenses is good in the shade. The glasses come with a transport bag made of anti-static fibers.
