Barrel teflon 6,04x460mm, AK74, AK47 - KM HEAD 1950

KM HEAD 1950 are Japanese barrels manufactured with the utmost precision. The Barrel is made of brass and features a "TN" Teflon-Nickel surface treatment for maximum durability. The surface treatment may create slight darker spots on the barrel, which is residual Teflon not fully integrated into the Nickel layer – this is not detrimental and does not affect the barrel's quality. This Teflon-Nickel treatment is among the highest quality and best surface treatments, increasing resistance to damage, reducing friction, and thereby improving the shooting characteristics of the guns. Nickel increases hardness and thus surface durability, while Teflon enhances slipperiness and reduces friction. The manufacturer claims an increase in performance and accuracy of 10%.

In terms of dimensions, they are manufactured according to Tokio Marui standards. They are suitable for most AEGs that use standard barrels.The notches at the end of the barrel are designed for centering rubber rings between the inner and outer barrels of the guns. KM HEAD 1950 barrels have a larger and better shaped opening for hop-up bucking pressure compared to the basic barrel.
