Barrel 6,03/407mm Double I/D Air-cushion (S+ barrel) for AEG - T-N.T.

Very high quality inner barrel from T-N.T., which comes with further innovations pushing everything to a new level. The Barrel is made from a single piece of bronze and subsequently nickel-plated. Thanks to this, its surface is very hard and smooth, which is the basis for barrel durability and shooting accuracy. The window for the "protrusion" of the hop-up rubber band is significantly larger than that of regular barrels. This makes it possible to use a rubber band with a large pressure surface (up to 7 mm), which makes it possible to use heavier ammunition and thus obtain even better accuracy and stability bBs. Barrel is compatible with both AEG and VSR type rubber bands. T-N.T. T-Hop and TR-Hop rubber bands are recommended.

Solar Eclipse - this is a miniature protrusion (0.04 mm) inside the barrel on which the bullet is held and thus has a smaller contact area with the barrel. This results in lower friction in the first phase of the shot, the bullet is better centered in the barrel and a smaller adjustment of the additional material is sufficient. At the same time, nozzle fits the ball better and more precisely. All this leads to a slight increase in the resulting energy bBs.

Double I/D - Or double internal diameter. Narrow precision barrels (so-called tight bore) have the advantage primarily in that there is less space around bBs and therefore there is less air leakage and reduced performance as with standard barrels. Barrels with a large inner diameter (so-called wide bore) have a positive effect primarily on accuracy of bBs, because it does not reflect to such an extent on the walls of the barrel and is therefore more stable, but due to this "leakage" of air, they slightly reduce performance. This main line from T-N.T. combines the advantages of both. Barrel has a narrow diameter of 6.03 mm for most of its length to achieve good tightness and performance, and at the end, when the bullet has maximum energy and speed, a diameter of 6.35 mm for its better stabilization.

Air cushion - In the end part with a larger inner diameter, barrel also has grooves - air channels. Thanks to them, the air flow behind the ball is directed and unwanted turbulence is reduced to a minimum. At the same time, the air flow reaches around bBs and is thus stabilized even after leaving the barrel and flies on the so-called "air cushion". Thanks to this, the BB has a more stable trajectory and thus again better accuracy.
