RACCOON Mk2® 20 L Backpack, Cordura, Helikon-Tex, Duck Hunter The Helikon-Tex® RACCOON Mk2 is the second generation of a universal 20-liter backpack, made from durable 500D Cordura® fabric in Duck Hunter camouflage. The backpack's construction is optimized for outdoor and tactical use, emphasizing simplicity, functionality, and durability. The main compartment is equipped with a pocket for a hydration bladder up to 3 liters or a smaller laptop, as well as an internal mesh pocket for organizing gear. The top of the backpack features a covered opening for a hydration system hose or electronics cables. The front compartment contains a practical organizer for storing small equipment and everyday essentials. Both compartments are closable with two-way YKK zippers, which are protected by a flap against moisture ingress. Drainage holes for water removal are located at the bottom of the compartments. PALS/MOLLE webbing for attaching additional gear is integrated on the sides and front of the backpack. There is also a velcro panel on the front for placing identification or morale patches. The elastic cord on the front allows for quick attachment of additional equipment. Compression straps on the sides and bottom of the backpack allow for volume regulation and securing of carried material. The back part is reinforced with a plastic plate and padded with 3D foam, ensuring increased carrying comfort and effective ventilation. The shoulder straps are anatomically shaped, lightly padded, and equipped with an adjustable sternum strap with a fastex buckle. It also includes a detachable hip belt for better load stabilization.
