The Fenix ​​RC20 rechargeable flashlight offers a high luminous flux of up to 1000 lumens (ANSI) and an afterglow of up to 290 meters. Power is provided by an internal lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 2600mAh, which is charged directly in the flashlight using the included cradle with a USB connector, into which the flashlight clicks while charging. The cradle is provided with mounting holes, so that it can be screwed to the wall, for example. Replacement ARB-L1 batteries can also be purchased in addition to the flashlight.

The Fenix ​​RC20 has a total of five lighting modes (including a strobe) with a lifespan of up to 120 hours. It uses a dual tactical switch for control, which enables faster and more reliable control in crisis situations. For example, it can be easily switched directly to strobe mode. Thanks to its massive design, the Fenix ​​RC20 rechargeable flashlight is as solid as a tank while maintaining a compact size. The flashlight is powered by digitally controlled constant current to ensure constant light output even during battery discharge. The very solid and waterproof design predestines this rechargeable flashlight for harsh outdoor conditions, for the police, fire brigade, rescuers and armed forces.

This model replaces the Fenix ​​RC10, RC15 and UC50 rechargeable flashlights. It offers not only higher power, but also, for example, an indicator diode signaling the state of charge of the battery.

All lamp parameters (luminous flux, battery life, waterproofness, afterglow and impact resistance) are measured in accordance with the ANSI / NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

factory may have black insulating caps on both ends of the battery. Before using for the first time, remove them from the battery.

To switch on, press the larger button located at the end of the lamp, to activate it immediately, press the button. You can switch between power modes at any time during operation by pressing the secondary toggle button. To switch to flash mode with the flash on, hold down the toggle button for about 0.5 seconds. To turn on the flashlight directly in strobe mode, press and hold the toggle button.

To switch to simplified mode, hold the toggle button for 3 seconds while the flashlight is on. The number of available modes is thus limited to only 1000, 150 lumens and a strobe. To return to normal mode, hold the button again for 3 seconds.

Charge status indication - there is an indicator diode between the charging connectors. With the flashlight off, press the toggle button, if the indicator light turns green, the battery is sufficiently charged. If it lights up red or even flashes red, it is advisable to charge it as soon as possible. Low battery warning - when the battery is discharged below 3.3 V, the indicator LED between the charging contacts lights up red continuously. At the same time, the flashlight gradually switches to lower power modes and then flashes 3 times every 5 minutes in the lowest mode.

 

Caution

• The battery has no memory effect, it can be recharged at any time, even after each short use.
• For long-term storage, we recommend charging the flashlight every 4 months so that the battery is fully charged and ready for immediate use.
• If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after prolonged use, replace them. The rings should also be lubricated to prevent rubber erosion. By following these rules, the lamp will be properly protected against water.
• If the flashlight is blinking, does not switch to higher power modes, or does not turn on, this may be due to one of the following reasons:
  • The battery is exhausted, charge it.
  • The back of the lamp is loose, tighten it.
